Shipping Policy

• Shipping Areas: Only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (no Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO).
• Delivery Time: Typically 3 business days, but may extend to 6 days if inventory is distant.
• Large Items (LTL Freight): Requires appointment for delivery; recipient must be present to sign. Drivers only offload to the driveway.
• Address Changes: Only possible if order is unprocessed. Once shipped, use FedEx Delivery Manager to redirect.
