  • Buyer’s Remorse: Customer pays return shipping.
• Packaging: Must include original packaging/accessories.
• Exceptions: Ahstor may waive returns for high-cost shipping (disposal instructions provided).

Refunds

• Processing Time: 5–7 business days after approval.
• Payment Methods:
  • PayPal: Refunds go to the original account.
  • Other Methods: Contact your financial institution after 10–14 business days if refund isn’t received.

Warranty (1-Year Limited)

• Coverage: Defects in materials/workmanship for products bought from authorized sellers.
• Exclusions: Misuse, accidents, modifications, or commercial use.
• Process: Contact Ahstor within warranty period. Replacement/refund offered based on availability.
• Shipping: Ahstor covers warranty return shipping (must use provided label).
