What’s Ahstor’s return policy?

Ahstor ships only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Most orders arrive within 3 business days. Delays (up to 6 days) may occur if inventory is fulfilled from a distant warehouse.

Oversized items ship via LTL freight. You’ll need to schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to sign. Drivers only offload to the driveway.

Only if the order is unprocessed. Once shipped, use FedEx Delivery Manager to redirect your package.

Where does Ahstor ship?

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for any reason. Contact customer service for an RMA number to initiate the process.

  • Defective/damaged items: Free return shipping (Ahstor covers cost).
  • Buyer’s remorse: Customer pays return shipping.
  • On-call pickup: Ahstor arranges pickup (fee applies).
  • Self-return: Ship it yourself and provide tracking.

Refunds process in 5–7 business days after approval. Financial institutions may take 3–7 additional days to post funds.

Contact us within 7 days with photos/video. We’ll issue an RMA and cover return shipping.

Warranty FAQs

What does the warranty cover?

Ahstor’s 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials/workmanship for products bought from authorized sellers.

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or commercial use.
  • Contact Ahstor within the warranty period. You may receive replacement parts, a new unit, or a refund (if replacements are unavailable).

Ahstor provides prepaid labels for returns.
